Encinitas: Negotiations Begin For Pacific View Site

School officials will start negotiations Friday with a nonprofit that has offered $7.5 million for the downtown Encinitas site that once housed Pacific View Elementary School.

Nonprofit Art Pulse Wins Pacific View Bid

The Encinitas Union School Board voted 4-1 on Feb. 15 to enter into negotiations with a group to sell the Pacific View Elementary site.
